HOW WE HANDLE YOUR DATA

Data Handling, Cookies and Account Security

Every layer of how we store and process your information is designed around reducing risk to your account.

Cookie Policy

We use session cookies to keep you logged in and analytics cookies to understand how pages are used. You can manage cookie preferences from the banner shown on your first visit or from Account Settings at any time.

Payment Data Security

UPI, Paytm and PhonePe transaction details are tokenised before storage. We never hold your full payment credentials on our servers — only anonymised references that let us match deposits to your account.

Account Access Controls

Your account is protected by password hashing and optional two-factor authentication via your registered mobile number. Login attempts from unrecognised devices trigger an automatic verification step before access is granted.

Data Retention Periods

Account data is kept for as long as your account remains active and for the period required by applicable law after closure. Transaction records are typically retained for seven years to meet financial compliance obligations.

Third-Party Data Sharing

We share your data only with payment processors handling your UPI or Paytm transactions, identity-verification providers and fraud-detection services. Each partner is bound by a data-processing agreement limiting their use of your information.

Requesting Data Changes

You can request a full export of your data, ask us to correct inaccuracies, or request deletion of non-essential records through the Privacy Centre in your account settings — subject to legal retention obligations.
